Actuary Staff

• The person is expected to support regular actuarial valuation-related tasks, including but not limited to:
• Liaise with different departments to clean, check, and filter data;
• Prepare and support regular valuation reports;
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives;
• Investigate data issues and unusual movements where necessary;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.

• Relevant Experience: Experience in reporting, persistency, ALM, or actuarial experience studies is an advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a basic understanding of actuarial processes and modeling software. Knowledge of Prophet, R, Python, VBA, or other data analysis tools is a plus.

• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Personal Attributes: Proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and improve.

• Communication and Teamwork: Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, take ownership, and propose practical solutions.
