Your Background

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Some experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, energy, or production environments.

• Understanding of blue-collar hiring practices and operational roles, including technicians, operators, assemblers, and maintenance personnel.
