Mô Tả Công Việc
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Strong accounting or finance domain knowledge, either through:
- Previous working experience in Accounting/Finance, or
- Experience implementing Accounting/Finance modules within ERP systems.
- Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
- Experience participating in software implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- English: Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, MES, WMS, TMS, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
- Experience leading workshops and managing customer-facing activities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, or enterprise business processes.
Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên
