Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications/experiences:

3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in thermal management and/or EMC engineering across data centre, telecom, automotive, industrial and medical segments

Demonstrated experience in TIM selection and qualification — thermal pads, phase change materials, thermal grease, liquid gap...
