Job summary
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the company&039;s financial operations. Working closely with management team, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, audits, and internal controls while acting as a key liaison between Vietnam and the Group finance team.
Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance

Coordinate statutory reporting and regulatory filings.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax requirements, and Group policies.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Agency Project & Client Financial Controlling

Track revenue recognition, project expenses, supplier costs, and third- party production costs.
Support the preparation and review of client quotations, estimates, purchase orders, and project financial reports.
Identify budget overruns, margin risks, and potential financial discrepancies.
Monitor project budgets, campaign costs, and profitability across client accounts.
Work closely with account management and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and financial tracking.
Ensure appropriate documentation and reconciliation of client- related expenses and supplier invoices.

Internal Control & Risk Management

Implement and maintain effective financial controls.
Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Ensure proper segregation of duties and governance standards.

Audit Coordination

Prepare audit schedules and support documentation.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Follow up on audit findings and implementation of corrective actions.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables.
Assist management with cash planning and financial risk assessment.
Support working capital optimization initiatives.

Requirements

Excellent Excel skills.
Strong internal audit knowledge.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Professional working proficiency in English.
3+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
Experience working with French organizations or French- speaking stakeholders is highly advantageous.
Experience within multinational environments preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
Strong understanding of accounting standards, VAT, CIT, WHT, and statutory reporting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
