General Accounting Supervisor

• Handle and review general accounting activities, including General Ledger, accruals, prepaid expenses, intercompany transactions and account reconciliations.
• Manage monthly and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare Financial Statements, management reports and reporting packages.
• Review inventory transactions, inventory costing and product costing.
• Prepare and review VAT, Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and other tax-related reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities, providing supporting documents and explanations when required.
• Support budget preparation, review and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
• Work with ERP systems and support accounting-related system issues.
• Review the work of accounting staff and provide guidance to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in General Accounting. [General Ac...untant.pdf | PDF]
• Experience in cost accounting, inventory control and foreign currency transactions is preferred.
• Experience working in FDI or manufacturing companies is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, Accounting Law and Tax regulations.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Basic to intermediate English, with the ability to read accounting documents, emails and financial reports.
