HRBP Manufacturing (TA)

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer branding (60%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all office staff at the factory.
• Deliver a complete and consistent onboarding experience for every new hire.
• Promote employer brand presence on social media pages.
• Build partnerships with businesses and schools to enhance the factory's labor pool (part-time, internship, and other resources).

2.  Employee Engagement & Social (30%)

• Take the lead in planning and executing internal engagement initiatives and events.
• Handle all internal communication channels to keep employees informed and connected.
• Develop and implement operational plans for CSR and ESG activities.

3. Training & Development (10%)

• Manage all training programs across the factory (both internal and external), including occupational safety, soft skills, and other relevant courses.
• Assist in coordinating classes to ensure they run smoothly.

4. Others. (10%)

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar generalist role, preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment.

2. Soft Skills

• Proactive leadership and ability to drive employee engagement activities independently.
• Strong skills in planning, event organization, and project management.
• Good internal communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in a factory setting.

3. Other Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools.
• Good command of English (reading/writing reports, communicating with expat partners).
