• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university, a postgraduate qualification from a foreign university (or period of study undertaken abroad is an advantage)
• Vietnamese lawyer qualification and a valid practicing certificate.
• Additional postgraduate qualifications in law, business, or related disciplines are an advantage.
