Mô Tả Công Việc
- Responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising production activities at the vehicle assembly line and electronics line; ensuring output, quality, safety, and efficiency in line with Dat Bike’s production plan and standards.

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên
- Bachelor’s/College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing (preferably in EVs, automotive, or electronics).
- Proven experience managing production teams of 20–50 operators.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly and electronic production processes.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
