About the Role

We build a platform with AI features. Our first marketing channel is YouTube, aimed at the Korean-Vietnamese B2B and B2C market: development teams, product planners, and startups. 

This role takes the marketing plans and turns them into finished videos, and keeps the channel moving.

We are not asking for years of editing craft. What matters more is picking up new tools quickly and getting them to work in production. Our content will be screen-recorded product demos and tutorials, so whichever tools get you there fastest are the right ones.

What we look at is Korean-language sense and how effectively you learn tools.

Required

• Korean proficiency sufficient for working purposes, equivalent to TOPIK Level 4 or above. Able to understand Korean content and independently identify basic errors in subtitles.
• Understand how YouTube content distribution works and have a mindset for driving traffic from social media to the website.
• Able to write engaging captions, create strong headlines, and use effective curiosity hooks.
• Proficient in content-related tools.
• Quick to catch up with trends and sensitive to viral content.
• Proactive and responsible at work.
• Willing to learn and interested in researching social media and platform trends. Responsible for maintaining the video posting schedule. For a new channel, consistency and regularity in publishing content are very important.
• Able to receive feedback and make revisions quickly.

Preferred

• Experience using AI-assisted editing tools such as Descript, Screen Studio, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, etc.
• Experience independently managing a YouTube channel or other social media content channels.
• Interested in fields such as IT, SaaS, and tools for programmers/developers.
• Regularly follows Korean YouTube content.
• Preference will be given to graduates of the Academy of Journalism and Communication.
