Mid-Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

ROLE OVERVIEW

You’ll be one of the senior members of a new engineering team, working closely with our Tech Lead to build culture, process, and tech stack from the ground up. This isn't a cog-in-the-machine role; it's your chance to define how a team works, what tools we adopt, and how we ship.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails.  
• Experience with RDBMS such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git-based team development.
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude, etc.) in real projects.
• Ability to guide AI effectively and refine outputs.

Preferred Qualifications

• English communication skills (including technical discussions and design documentation). 
• Strong business acumen with the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and translate them into structured technical solutions.
• Proven software development and technical leadership experience at a leading technology company. 
• Ability to lead architecture design across large-scale systems or multiple product features.
• Ability to independently evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to drive architectural innovation.
