MTE Manager

1. Manage Test Engineering activities from NPI to mass production, including test strategies, KPIs, and resource planning.

2. Oversee test programs, ICT/FCT/ATE equipment, and fixtures to ensure reliability and test coverage.

3. Lead debugging, failure analysis, and corrective actions to resolve product and process issues.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing, SMT/PCBA processes, electronic components, schematics, and circuits.

Proficient in manufacturing testing (FCT, ICT, ATE), test fixtures, test program development, debugging, and failure analysis.

Knowledge of SPC, Yield, and FPY; familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949...
