Planning Engineer

Duties

* Planning; prepare, review, and adjust planning schemes and drawings; verify compliance with standards and higher-level planning.

* Planning legal documentation: prepare and track dossiers for planning appraisal and approval; liaise with state management agencies and consultants.

Knowledge :

* University degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

* Knowledge of standards and regulations regarding construction planning, as well as the planning appraisal and approval processes.

* Basic understanding of industrial park technical infrastructure (transportation, water supply/drainage, electricity, etc.) is an advantage.
