About the Role
Join Molex's Global Manufacturing Engineering Team and serve as a technical expert supporting plating and water treatment operations across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to lead process improvement initiatives, solve complex technical challenges, and deploy best practices across global operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 5 - 8+ years of experience in electroplating, surface treatment, water treatment, or related chemical manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of plating chemistry, RO/DI systems, process control, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites, regional operations, or global engineering projects is highly preferred.
