2. New product qualification and process margin evaluation
3. Quality issue handling and problem-solving management
4. Create new recipe for machine and DOE process condition
5. Process experience priority: SMT, Mold, Sputter, Others
6. Failure analysis in the process to make corrective action
7. Yield rate improvement, UPH activity, SOP creation
Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên
1. Educational background:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics and Information Technology Engineering
2. Experiences:
• More than 3 years of experience as the process engineer
• Preference Experience in Semiconductor or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry
3. Skills:
• Team collaboration, effective communication and presentation skills
• Familiar with the relative basic production procedure failure
