- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing Management or an equivalent discipline.
- Contract-management or procurement certification such as FIDIC, MCIPS or equivalent is preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, downstream or upstream businesses.
