Brief scope of work
1. Overall Accountability
As the Head of the Management Board, you are fully responsible to the Investor/Management Board and the Management Company for operational efficiency, service quality, legal compliance, and the building’s image.
Responsible for:
- Daily operation of the building/urban area.
- Quality of services provided to residents/customers.
- Safety, legal compliance, fire prevention and control, environmental protection,...
Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager (PM) for high-end projects; experience with office buildings is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, service-oriented manner.
- Proactive and agile, able to work under pressure.

- Lương tháng 13, thưởng 2 lần/năm. Đánh giá, xét tăng lương 2 lần/năm.
