Retail Sales Team Leader ( Ưu tiên ngành Nội thất)

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets, improve sales performance and drive business growth across Retail and Project channels.
• Develop and implement sales plans, assign sales targets, monitor individual and team KPIs, and provide coaching and training to enhance sales skills and team productivity.
• Actively develop new markets, acquire new customers, expand business networks and identify opportunities to drive retail sales growth and increase market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Homeowners, Architects/Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers, Dealers, Distributors and professional applicators.
• Manage daily showroom operations, supervise showroom staff, ensure excellent customer service and maintain premium brand standards.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Technical and other relevant departments to implement sales campaigns, promotional activities and showroom events; monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and propose solutions to drive sales growth.

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design or related fields.
• 2–3 years of Retail Sales / Business Development experience; paint, building materials or interior products experience preferred.
• Strong customer development, negotiation and closing skills; proactive, hands-on and target-driven.
• Customer network among Homeowners, Architects/Designers, Dealers or applicators is an advantage.
• Good MS Office skills; English communication
