SALES EXECUTIVE

1.1 Monthly Sales Achievement/ Annual sales Achievement/ Product Mix Turnover

- Maintain existing customers and create sales opportunities via share gain, up-gradation

- Raise quotations to customers, as appropriate, and follow progress to order completion stage

1.2 Number of new business gain/specification gain

- Seek, develop and gain new businesses via customer conversion, up-gradation, new products and services

- Develop and increase sales especially in apparel market.

1.3 Customer complain support

- Directly work with internal and customer to solve customer complain

1.4 Maintain and develop relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

- Actively approach, build relationship with across department within customer organization

- Provide customer satisfaction by handling well all routine work, technical support and problem solving

1.5 Reporting

- Provide accurate and detailed Forecast of future demand

- Report on time to direct manager

- Education: Graduated from University, Economic/ Management faculty is preferable

- Experience: 1-2 years in sales area, especially in apparel market

- Understanding about apparel market and having good network in apparel market

- Skills and knowledge:

* Ability to communicate fluently in English. (Chinese or Korean is advantage)

* Ability to work flexibly to achieve team objectives

* Confidence in presenting in front of group of people

* Strong communication and presentation skills
