Sales Manager - Ha Noi (Steel Structure)

• Identify, develop and nurture customers and potential projects in the construction and steel structure sector.
• Approach customers and advise on technical solutions and cost-optimized options that fit project needs.
• Negotiate terms and execute contract signing.
• Develop business plans; track and report sales performance on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
• Collect and analyze sales data and propose solutions to improve business performance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments during project implementation to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work with the Marketing team on seminars, events, brand promotion and market development.
• Train, coach and support sales staff on professional knowledge, sales skills and market-specific requirements.
• Propose improvements to products, services and work processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an equivalent position in construction or steel structures.
