3. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.

Language

- Good spoken English for day-to-day engineering work and technical meetings with customer and cross-functional teams.

- Able to independently explain a CAD finding, discuss product and assembly issues, ask follow-up questions, compare options,...
