Site Engineer (Architectural)

Job Summary

Plan and supervise structural and finishing construction works (concrete structure, interior and exterior finishing) on-site, ensuring work proceeds according to approved plans, schedule, and quality standards.

- Prepare work-specific construction plans and method statements and obtain necessary approvals

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent construction training

- Minimum 2 years of site construction experience in the relevant discipline

- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and tolerances

- Working knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD skills are required

- Good communication skills in English and/or Korean
