SUPPLY CHAIN SENIOR MANAGER

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including Demand Planning, Purchasing, Production Planning (PPC), Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and the company's long-term direction.
• Oversee raw material sourcing and purchasing activities, optimize costs, control inventory levels, and ensure material availability to support production requirements.
• Coordinate production planning based on factory capacity to improve operational efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams while establishing succession plans for critical positions.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to minimize production disruptions.

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in a similar management position within supply chain operations.
• Experience in managing supply chain functions, including Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Experience in strategic planning, performance management, and team development.
• Fluent English communication skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service operations and established relationships within the footwear industry would be an advantage.

    Office Staff: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM

    Saturday: Flexible working arrangements.
