Job Purpose or Summary
- Responsible for building and leading the Site Selection Team to fulfill the Company’s targets.
- Prepare the market development and site selection plans to ensure it is within the budget approved by the Company.
- Manage, evaluate site selection models and propose the effective and appropriate site selection models for each market

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree
- Professional major in Economics, Business Administration, Construction.
- Good English communication
- Computer usage ability MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- At least 5 years of experience working in the position of a real estate agent or equivalent of finding sites for business development
- Good knowledge in site management especially on finding sites, planning, coordination, implementation, scheduling...
