Warehouse Manager/ Lead (Finished Goods)

Organize and oversight of receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch processes for finished goods (FG).

Finished goods warehouse shift management: assigning tasks to storekeepers/pickers and monitoring performance.

Managing finished goods inventory records in WMS and 1C, ensuring alignment between physical and system stock balances.

2+ years of experience in a WH Lead position (preferably with finished goods).

Proficient user of WMS and 1C (inventory management, transfers, balances).

Experience in managing a team of pickers and warehouse workers (shift management, task allocation).

Good English communication

Understanding of picking, packing, inventory counting processes, and maintaining warehouse KPIs.
